2. Agreement

By registering or using our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

  • Our SMM panel is strictly intended to enhance your online appearance on platforms like Telegram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.

  • There is no obligation to add funds or place orders.

  • We do not guarantee that your followers will engage with your content.

  • We do not ensure that every account will have a profile picture, full bio, or posts, though we strive to deliver high-quality accounts.

  • You agree not to submit content involving nudity or inappropriate material.

3. Limitations and Restrictions

⏱️ Delivery Times:

  • We do not guarantee full delivery within 24 hours.

  • Use our services at your own risk if you require time-sensitive outcomes.

  • We are not liable for loss of funds, bad reviews, or bans due to delayed delivery.

📋 Order Accuracy:

  • Read the service description carefully before placing an order.

  • Ensure your account or post is public and visible.

  • Do not place multiple orders on the same link simultaneously.

  • Incorrect links or information will result in no refund.

  • For Instagram followers, use the full profile URL. For likes, use the exact post link.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or edited after placement, except in exceptional cases.

🚫 Prohibited Content:

  • No services will be provided to accounts promoting pornography, political extremism, or content that provokes public unrest.

👤 User Behavior:

  • We reserve the right to ban or suspend users for fund manipulation attempts or abuse toward support staff.

⚠️ Service Quality:

  • All descriptions and delivery speeds are approximations. Quality may vary.

  • We recommend placing a small test order before large purchases.

4. Refill Policy

✅ Eligible for Refill If:

  • Order was made through our panel.

  • Link is still active and unchanged.

  • Drop is at least 5% of the original quantity.

  • Order meets the formula: Start Count + Order Quantity = End Count.

  • Refill requests must be submitted within the refill period.

Example:

If your start count is 1,000 and you ordered 1,000, refills apply if your count drops below 2,000.

❌ Refill Not Provided If:

  • The username is changed or the account becomes private.

  • The order was made through a third-party panel.

  • The link becomes inactive or deleted.

  • Refill is requested for older followers.

  • The refill period has expired.

⚠️ Refill Update

  • Unlimited refills are no longer supported.

  • Refills are now capped at 100% of the original order quantity.

  • If you need unlimited refill, choose services labeled “Unlimited Refill”.

    🔢 Refill Restrictions for Large Accounts

     

    • Accounts with over 100K followers that place small orders (e.g., 5K) are not eligible for refills on previously existing followers.

    • Accounts with over 1 million followers must order at least 200K to be eligible for refills.

    • For optimal results and refill support, it is recommended to order at least 20% of your current follower count.

5. Order Status Definitions

 

  • Partially Completed: Undelivered quantity is automatically refunded to your balance.

    • Example: If 500 out of 1,000 were delivered, you receive a 50% refund.

  • Speed: We cannot change the delivery speed after the order is placed. Check average speeds in the service list before ordering.

  • Cancelled: Fully refunded. Active orders may or may not be cancelable depending on the service type.
